Intergang's exhaust a location effect only lasts for the attack, though. You have to team attack with all your Intergangs to deal lethal damage. If your opponent has one character, you need a character other than Intergang (Mr. Mixxy for example) to attack with a Mega Blast, or you can attack with anyone, even an Intergang, and Nasty Surprise/Overload the defender. You can then team attack directly with all your Intergang. If your opponent has two characters your probably not going to win. You would need to attack with two characters other than Intergang, likely with ATK boosts, or have two Nasty Surprise/Overload combos or have one of each of these ways of taking out a character. This would of course be in addition to at least three Intergang and a Punisher's Armory. There are some cards that may be able to make this deck more consistent. As it is, it is readily apparent whether or not you even have a chance of winning by turn 2.
That was by far some of the most humorous, witty, and entertaining writing I've ever had the pleasure of reading. This writer would give Danny Mandel a run for his money.
I don't see how this would work. For it to happen you'd have to be team attacking three intergangs at once directly into your opponent's life. But damage from a direct attack is considered breakthrough, and as everyone knows there's no breakthrough on a team attack.

If your opponent has two characters (even 3) you should have 5-6 Intergang Agents ready to go. Thats 5-6 17/17 characters by turn 3.
Lets say you have to attack 3 characters on turn 3 and you have the initiative, who is gonna last against a 17/17 character especially on turn 3?
Lets say your opponent reinforces, they can only reinforce one guy (if they can reinforce them all you are in trouble) the rest is all break thru.
Did that make sense?
yeah....but the attack bonus only lasts for one attack..
so if the first 17/17 guy goes through...once that attack is over, all the other intergangs shrink back to 0/0......
