Just as a thought to the robots.... robots had the largest % drop from day 1 to day 2. They represented 15% of the overall field, while only representing 6% of day 2 participants.
That's usually the best indicator of a "bad idea" for the current format. The CE/New School decks didn't have to hang with the 4 TA/3 Flame Trap Sents; those Sents couldn't keep up with the rest of the metagame.

Except the important Avenger drops could care less about your Flame Trap and Total Anarchy when you drop them. Green Lantern isn't even a factor in GA so it's a moot point. GLEE performs horribly outside any format that isn't DCMA.
Even a good Masters of Evil build can survive and thrive against Flame Traps. Three Drops make-up a significant strength of their deck. The Total Anarchy is the bigger problem but can be dealt with if you build the deck properly.
CS took the hit that it did due to the drops in Avengers of the same cost being just better then the drops the sentinels put down. Look at the JLA stuff and you'll see the same trend. The power curve ramped up and Sentinels fell by the wayside.
