I've found the aussie Shadowpact deck to be awesome against anything stall like Glock, but not quite so hot against decks like AGL, Squadron, or Avengers.
I think SP can be very playable, but they'll need help. Can't play every game on the verge of death, particularly against rush decks.
I have found 2 teamups to be particularly beneficial. Marvel Knights and IG.
The point of the MK build is to get June Moon(6) into play on 5 or 6, whichever your initiative is, then use her ability, and then Swan Dive her, then proceed to go ape(*&$ on the rest of whatever they have left, with your mid drops. Wild Ride also supplements SPs need to drop to a certain endurance level as well.
The IG teamup revolves around the 3 drop Luthor. This will allow you to control the game a bit more, while you plan out how to best use your endurance, and when. IG has some gr8 cards, like Captain Boomerang, and Poison Ivy (to fetch Slaughter Swamp), while Luthor also gives you access to Phantom Zone.
I've played a few games, and I by no means have a finished list, but in those games, it did well, but those were against curve decks. If I were going to the PC, I would have been more diligent, but hey, whatever.
Against rush, I think the key is to have a diverse enough character pool, that you can be more conservative with your endurance. Luckily, both teamups have 8 character tutors available to them, Wild Ride/Secret Files and the ubiquitous EoME. This allows you play the tech characters, like MM, Speed Demon, Hawkeye, whatever. Also, Stepping allows you to keep your board as well, and yeah, no man is out there, but so is conclave.
3 x Helm Of Nabu
3 x Amulet Of Nabu
2 x Cloak Of Nabu
4 x Dr Fate’s Tower
4 x Divination
2 x The Conclave
2 x Spectral Slaughter
2 x Conjuration
4 x Enemy Of My Enemy
2 x Fate Has Spoken
3 x Mikado & Mosha
4 x Ape X
4 x Madam X
3 x Blue Beetle
3 x Rose Psychic
1 x Cardiac
3 x Detective Chimp
2 x June Moon <> Good Witch
1 x Dr Occult
2 x Fatality
1 x Nightmaster
2 x Blue Devil
1 x Gorilla Grodd
1 x Dr Fate
1 x Shazzam
This works, loads and loads of options, but normally it is june moon on 3 and fatality on 4. Clear the board and own with artefacts. Great stuff.

Jonesy normally doesn't lie about stuff like this. He really thinks SP sucks the nuts, lol.
Shadowpact probably still needs some tweaking but its definitely not a horrible deck. Any deck that top8s a 10k is always worth consideration. Perhaps using conj on 3 will have to be rethought. Especially against voltage.
I'm not sure i like the 10k build, but i like some of the ideas in it. Could be a threat in silver but it came too little too late into PCSF. In a world taking odd int, fate has spoken can really cause some havok.
