How about a compromise? Enemy of My Enemy as an uncommon. The age of the pro player for Vs. is over with the OP changes. Why not make it an uncommon to help the casual player. This is the new emphasis at UDE, an uncommon EOME would definitively help the casual player.

I prefer the idea of the "UDE Points Trade In" concept for getting more Enemy's out there.

Maybe introduce an alternate art version as an Amateur tournament prize, that later gets rotated into the UDE Points area ... especially if points are awarded not just from packs, but also for participation in events. [Then again, you can just give packs as prizes and you are already giving a certain amount of points as prizes as well.]
