I once played a deck with four Brother I, four EOME, four SttG, and two Mountain Strongholds. By turn five on one game, the largest drop I had played was a puppet master (I had drawn all four, plus my only copy of Blackthorne which I could not reveal anything for.

In a game right after X-men came out, I was playing a Mutant Nation burn deck built around the Mental characters and Mutant Supremacy. I missed everything until turn 3 when I boost Destiny(drawing more cards), missed again on 4 against a field of 4 characters. At this point I said I wanted to scoop, but my opponent wouldn't have any of it. I'm down to 8 END on turn 5 and I hit Emma(off-init), bounced the two attacks he made and slowly took the game over on turn 6 with Bamf!(should be banned btw). I actually ended up winning. Bouncing attacks again on 7 and stunning his board with Bamf and Mutant Supremacy x3 I pulled it out.

just built a Jean Grey deck 3 weeks ago played for a week never had a 5 drop less than 19/19 took it to a turnament went 0-4 never got higher than 12/12 on 5 my little brother play it next day and got jean up to 27/27 then laugh at my look of disbelief, i wanted to beat him senseless
