If it's in addition to the 8 then it's a awesome idea with no real downside.

I play in tourneys to just play the game. If I pulled an LE I really wanted it would just mean I might go to a different tourney if I had other plans...

Now who could that example be? Snowbird maybe? If the name is just Narya it could be. Super-Senses makes sense prior to shape-shifting although Stealth is a little odd...

Nah. It must be her owl shape. Stealth and Super Senses make sense.

Heres the straw, this camels back is broken.

To be competetive, now you have to hunt down uniques, earn/buy les (mostly from people who register for fake events), AND ultra rares now.

Thank "yu" Yu-gi-oh. Anyone wanna buy some heroclix.

But aren't the "holofoil" versions of the Uniques 1 in 48 boosters? That's what I had heard anyway, from Jeff's brother.

This statement doesn't make sense. The ultra rares are the same versions of figures as LEs. You would not need to hunt down both versions to remain competitive. Really nothing has changed in the competitive capacity other than offering up more LEs for people to use.

Also, I've bought and traded for many LEs. I can't think of one that would've come from a person who registers fake events. A bit too conspiracy theory for me.
