A new tactic since FF came out which could annoy alot of people is to put fortitude on the LE Cain Marko then also put Damage shield + Automatic Regen

So for the people who actually manage to get him for the 1-2 points on average they take damage for it and He regens it next turn as a free action.

Oh yeah and to add to the cheese factor put in an ICWO and some stealthed perplexers like mystique.

I'm not seeing regen anywhere on his dial, which IS a prerequisite for auto regen...

I like using cheese figs. Since we play unrestricted all the time V Firelord and U Thor get a lot of playing time with me. Especially since a lot of people forget the Ultimates team ability.

What usually happens (to my delight) is my opponent sets up Punisher/Green Arrow/Johnny Alpha/other good stealth figs up in some hindering terrain. One ICwO and "perplex" from the hooker.... I mean Con artist, and I say "bye-bye" with a 12 AV and 7 damage from Thor. "You can't do that!" "Yes I can! See this little red 'U' in the little red circle? SCREW YOU!"

I swear, I've heard "God$#%! Thor!!!" more often in a week than most people will in their entire lives!

Sub-50pt Wildcards with a high point Mystic like Ares or Dr. Fate.

Examples:
R Livewire, R Chamelon (poison), R Saturn Girl, R/E Jinx, E Spidey (Universe). Oh yeah, and Cosmic Boy if you have the space

I have a brand new one to use since the intro of Fantastic Forces. Place Ant-Man (I173) on a team and add Thunderbolts (ffF008) and Fantastic Four (ffF007) feat cards. Thunderbolts allows Ant-Man to become a Fantastic Four member. The addition of the Fantastic Four card lets any additional Fantastic Four, wild card or Avenger to gain the formidable defense of 20! This only takes 48 points of the build (with an additional 5 for any added Avengers). If anyone detects a flaw in this let me know so I don't get lynched for cheating!

You can't use Thunderbolts with the Fantastic Four card, if I understand correctly. Thunderbolts gives you the same power as the FF 9ro any other team) but doesn't make you a *member* of that team. You're still an Avenger (who'se team power has been altered). So Alternate FF feat will not work.

Used a E Blizzard along with Jean grey,who snuck up on my opponent.She TK'd him out and he hit 2 consecutive PW rolls on his X-men team.That tactic is REALLY gonna be nasty now that Nova Blast is around.

Sure you can use Thunderbolts with Fantastic Four. The Fantastic Four card says "All characters with the Fantastic Four team ability ...", not "All characters on the Fantastic Four team....". The Thunderbolts card clearly states "All friendly characters with the Avengers team ability have the following team ability instead: ...." If you can't use it, they will have to change the wording. As it reads, it's legal.

No, this has been explained before. The Thunderbolts card comes into effect after the FF Alt TA and in doing so, copies the OLD TA and not the new one.

Thunmderbolts cannot mimic Wildcards or Alternate Team Abilities.
