The last X-men set had the Hellfire Club
UXM had Age of Apocalypse
AoU had all Ultron chases
The first Deadpool set and the GotG set had zombie villain chases.

I can't think of any others though.

I would pay good money for a Willie Lumpkin clix.

I could see something like him being able to pick up and carry any amount of equipment no matter it's weight, and then taking a free action to equip an adjacent character with a single equipment that he is carrying.

That's more than I had realized, and it doesn't even include the Seven Deadly Sins. I'd say that the Hellfire Club is the best omen. Not all of them are A-listers, and most of them had been clixed before. With that in mind I'd consider it slightly likely we're getting a Master of Evil chase theme, thoug I still don't know who else would get in. The second Crimson Cowl and the first Baron Zemo come to mind, and they're both pretty on theme. Maybe we'll finally get a Enchantress/Executioner duo.

Zemo is confirmed via Citizen V's trait. Not Heinrich obviously, but Helmut Zemo.

On close inspection......looks like Ultron has something new coming with indomitable. What is that lock thing next to the symbol?
