That only tells us that they're in the set, not what they are.
Yes, but remember: this is taken from the Field Manuals. The Crusader one came out just as the Smoke Jaguars were being taken out; the Warden one came a little later, after the Nova Cat abjuration and such. So these could have easily changed since 3063.
Also, the Crusader Hell's Horses Khan - Malavi Fletcher (sp?) - was killed in a Trial of Grievance at the end of "Trial of Vengenance," and his replacement was going to shift them back into the Warden camp, which they were in before Fletcher took over.
Remember too that some Clans sit on the fence politically. The Steel Vipers tend to go with the times, so they are Warden while the Wardens seem to have the upper hand. The Cloud Cobras and Star Adders could be easily shifted too, without tremendous loyalty to one camp or the other.

It's TEST of Venegence, better known as the 'Book Where An Elemental Takes Out An Atlas By Itself, And A Galaxy (?) Of Elementals Capture A Kurtian Warship By Themselves By Flying Through Space And Boarding It.' Or, for short, 'The Book Of Munchy.'
And also there's the great refusal to take into consideration... How many boarder line crusader clans were swayed when they had their heads handed to them by task force serpent/bulldog... AND with the smoke jags getting scragged it may have made some think a little harder on wether the IS was really worth taking over. The jade falcons and the wolves are set aside because if I remember correctly they won their trials and considered the great refusal not pertaining to them (Well at least Vlad Ward did... I think... Been so long since I read those books it's pretty darn fuzzy... time to dig em out and read em again I guess)
Also one of the crusader clans was absorbed as of field manual updates...

I no gren, I read it, but this thread is nothing but rumors.

I can confirm that there's at least one... I went to Wizard World East, and they had one in their display case with the Sea Fox logo on it... I can't speak for the whole set or how many will be in it, but I did see the one. I'm not sure what the sculpt was, though... it was a little guy compared to the Jade Falcon 'mechs on display.
