Sinister Syndicate story post update

Things seemed to moving along quite nicely, Bullseye thought to himself. His group of Sinister friends had entered the scene late, and despite seemingly always being one step behind every other team, his three teammates had advanced cautiously out into the central park. He looked to the corner of the street, and just as he had decided that the bush there would make a great spot to hide in he felt a tug on his leg. Looking behind him he saw…., Phurless smurf! It wasn’t tugging his leg, it was humping his leg! Feeling extremely indignant, he started to beat at the creature trying to knock it away. Then, with a roar, he saw Kraven leap out from beside him driving his hunting knife down into Phurless’ neck. Then with a quick flick of his wrist he sliced the knife across its throat, spraying a blue-green goo across his legs, Smurf blood. ‘Filthy little buggers aren’t they?’ Kraven growled, giving Bullseye a wink as he wiped his knife on his trouser leg.

Blizzard looked back at the commotion behind him and laughed. Bullseye was giving Black Adam a graphic illustration of what Phurless Smurf had just been doing to his leg. It looked more like he was pretending to ride a horse. Doc Ock was crouching on top of the building to his left, trying his best to be hidden, and gave him some sort of hand signal, or tentacle signal to be precise, which he thought he actually understood. Running out to the middle of the park he let of a wave of frozen water that enveloped several Smurfs around him that were hiding in the bushes and they started to turn pinky red with cold! 'Fancy that! he said to noone in particular.

Recovering from his ordeal Bullseye moved down the street with Kraven, just in time to see Blizzards icy blast. Thankfully, the radius of the ice-cold discharge stopped about a meter in front of them. Bullseye bent down and picked up an ice shard and with a blur he hurled it straight through the eye of a frozen Smurf. ‘Ah, that’s much better’ he said as he gave Kraven a friendly slap on the back. ‘That’s one each, Sergei. First one to 5 gets a six-pack.’ ‘Agreed!’ said the Russian killer, with a new glint in his eye.

Black Adam reappeared in a blur of movement right in front of Doctor Octopus. ’The JLA are uneasy about your alliance proposal.’ he said, looking rather unfussed. ‘They say they do not condone your ruthless tactics.’ ’Well, if they want us to do their dirty work for them, they cannot ask us to change our methods’ stated Doc Ock. ’We have allready done them some favours and beggars cannot be choosers, I am afraid. Tell them to accept the way we go about our business, or no longer ask for our help.’

"The JLA will probably just say 'Stop or I will say Stop again!' At least until they get those peasants out of the way. At that point it will probably be too late to do anything but bury the remains of the vermin."

Black Adam looked over the park and saw Wolverine pulling his claws from Papa Smurf. "Unfortunately for us our enemies seem to be making progress in acquiring the book. I think I am going to have to go over there and straighten out whose book that is."

Hate to be nit-picky, but I just noticed this while I was trying to figure out my move:

The Smurf at R14 is within 10 spaces of Richard's Deathstroke. It was moved there by his ally Doom's medic. Now, that's not really against the rules, since you can move a Smurf to within 10, you just have to stop once they get inside it.

Just pointing that out.

Not nit-picking at all, I counted the range myself. That smurf will serve it's function where it is now, and someone else will have tomove him from now on.

Just glad that you're aware of it. Iwouldn't want you to get a DPA next turn. Oh no...I wouldn't want that at all.

Oliver Queen kept tracking Candlestick Smurf as he tried to run around the corner of the building. Just before he dissappeared around the corner, Ollie let fly two more arrows that barely missed the wall and took the smurf to the ground.

"These guys are a lot tougher than they look."

Suddenly he spotted three more of them charging across the road towards him.
"Ahhh...a little help here guys."

Flash appeared in a ...well, in a flash, and clocked on of the little blue guys in the back of the head.

"BRB GA" Flash said before racing off again.

Flash appeared in front of Aquaman instantaneously.
"Ahoy there Cap'n. Just thought you should know, I'm a little concerned about our JSA compatriots over yonder. They've allied themselves with a nasty looking bunch that are being very brutal in dealing with these little blue fellas."

"Well why do you think they're the JSA. Of course their methods are going to differ from ours, they're a completely different team. As for their allies, we'll need all the help we can get if we're to take down Despero. But let's just focus on the task at hand first. Green Arrow could use some help before he is overrun, and then these innocents need to be directed to the transporter coordinates."

"But...oh okay." Flash darted back to the Smurfs encroaching on Green Arrow. One of them was carrying a small placard. Flash bent over to read the tiny writing aloud.

"'Down with Green. Green is the color of snot.' Nice one little guys! So what are your thoughts on fire engine red?"

Hey ALC, Can Plastic Man draw a LOS through the teller window in order to use his perplex? I know it's blocking terrain for combat, but seems to me this should be possible.

Just curious. Not overyl fussed which way you rule it.

Looks like they are standing there taking a beating at the hands of Doc Ock. Except for FF22 who ran away.

If it's all the same I would just as well leave them based with Doc Ock. He made his invisibility roll against them, me and Brainy Smurf and should enjoy beating on them for a while. If not, then ALC's move is as good as any.
