I was wondering if the cards in the gallery packs retain their original numbering?

From what the flier posted above shows; yes they keep their original number.

No, they're equally distributed, and both are foiled.

You can see both versions on Shuffle and Cut's website (via the card search). I don't know of any other place that has both - this site, Metagame and docx's search engine all only have the casino version.
