Haven making a rare appearance on the LPC thread, that's very cool. I really like the old school skateboarders in the video (Duane Peters, Tony Alva, Steve Olson, Steve Alba, Stacy Peralta, David Andrecht, Eddie “El Gato” Elguera, and Eric Grisham), I was x-games before x-games! Also, Freedom of Speech by Body Count is what replaced Cop Killer when the album was pulled from the shelves. Originally, it was a rap song from Ice-T. I like the Body Count version better due to the Hendrix riff and Jello Biafra cameo and spoken word.
Those knee pads were so uncomfortable I had to use socks on the straps so they wouldn't eff up my legs.

Music is more fun when it is a little dangerous. I believe the Electric Factory is now called the Franklin Music Hall. Speaking of clubs that OSHA should have put out a statement regarding patron safety, I am sad to hear that the Trocadero Theatre closed in May of 2019. I have seen so many great concerts there.
Troc did close last year and yes, its Franklin Music Hall. Slicktrickyrick, are you near Philadelphia?

Reading, PA about an hour away from Philly depending on traffic (pronounced RED-ing for all those monopoly gamers, that have ever bought the railroad).
Wishing for competitive Judge Dredd figures for Modern Age...WizKids are you listening?!?!

Somewhere, I still have those Rector kneepads, elbowpads and a Flyaway Helmet.
I was fortunate to have one of the oldest skateparks on the east coast 10 minutes away from where I lived as a teenager Magic Skatepark Reading, Pennsylvania , it has long been paved over and turned into a residential community.

I'm going to predict, that the Dr. Doom in Fantastic Four will be the same sculpt. Also, there's a God Doom coming out as well in the Fantastic Four, my prediction is that it will be a chase.

Wizkids released the gallery for Fantastic Four, looks like they didn't reuse the starter sculpt of Dr. Doom. God Doom appears to be a chase. 4 to 5 Dr. Dooms in the set, overall. Who is the Dr. Doom without the mask? Or has Latveria had the vaccine for Covid-19 all along?

Thanks, but I don't recognize you.
Apologies. Are you someone I knew with a name change?
Vlad and I got to play a game with the Fantastic Four Cosmic Clash starter. We didn't follow any of the scenarios, we just played a 400pt game with me as the F4 each at their 100pt values, and Vlad as Doom at 300 and Surfer at 100. Doom is a bastard to deal with, and absolutely would have taken out all four by himself if not for a string of unfortunate die rolls for Vlad.
Based on my style of play, I was expecting to like Torch the best, and I did like him, but I felt that Sue was a bit of a star for me on the night. True to the comics they all played a very specific role, honestly. Torch zipped around and shot his shot, Sue protected the team early on and helped them set up in spots where they were pretty comfortable for most of the game, Richard did stretchy and wiggly silliness and was punching people six squares away, and Thing got right up in Doom's face.
As you can see by my still unchanged signature, I've been waiting for new F4 Clix for while. After waiting so long, getting to crack open that starter and play superheroes with the ones I wanted the most, was incredibly fun. Great way to jump back into the game after like two years.

Doom did not approve of those dice with Richards' logo on it. Next time, Doom will bring his own dice!

Gotcha. Didn't realize you were that local. I'm about 20 minutes SE of Philadelphia on the Delaware border. I used to commute to Wyomissing on the regular.
