So... the constructs act like they have the boot symbol. Meaning they have to climb up and down ladders and walk around buildings instead of zipping over them, right?

Orange Construct objects do not ignore elevated terrain on movement so they would need to use stairs/ladders to get on/off elevated terrain or else move around the elevated terrain.

But... and I ask this to confirm for sure... they ignore characters for movement purposes? They can move under and around both friendly and opposing figures?
Say an opposing character is at the top of a ladder on elevated terrain. The Construct can just move right up the ladder and past that character or even stop right under them. Yes?

The move as if they have the , but they are objects and currently move as if they are not opposing to any force. This is an issue still in discussion (as far as I know).

You're right to question this. The Player's Guide indicates that when they move, they use the speed symbol. But that's basically meaningless. The speed symbol alone has no special properties of movement.
The ruling is, though, that they will ignore characters for movement. So they can move through squares adjacent to and occupied by any characters.
And yep...an Orange Contruct object could move up that ladder and keep going or just stop right there.
I had a huge debate with someone last night over using larfleeze in conjunction with the orange lantern object. I read the first post and surprisingly did not see this come up. The debate was whether the orange lantern allows larfleeze to poison someone up to two squares away through the constructs. The exact situation was that larfleeze is within 4 squares of the orange lantern. he has an orange construct on the map in a totally different area. The opponent is two squares away from the construct, not larfleeze himself. Nor does larfleeze have line of fire to him.
Now, the orange lantern object states that a character within 4 squares may use poison up to two squares away as long as the character is within two squares of the opposing character and has line of fire. Larfleeze's ability states that the constructs grant him adjacency for poison and close combat purposes. can poison be dealt to the opponent who is two squares away and has line of fire to the construct?
My reasoning was that this was not possible because the construct does not make larfleeze within 2 squares of the opponent. Nor does it give him line of fire to the opponent. It has already been accepted that the constructs do not mean he is actually there, they just give him a means through which to channel his powers. The opposing side argued that because he is considered adjacent for poison which is the action taking place, that it is like he is there and all the requirements for the orange lantern's two square effect are met. They said that our venues judge had previously looked into this matter deeply and came to the conclusion that larfleeze could in fact, in this situation or any like it, take advantage of the orange lantern to use poison in this way. Though i truly trust this judge, i am still convinced that the wording for both the orange lantern and larfleeze's ability would be against this.

I think this might be a common mistake with Larfleeze. People just need to realize that Larfleeze is not there where the constructs are, but the constructs make it so that everyone adjacent to and occypying the squares of the constructs are here right next to Larfleeze.
Usually, you are not adjacent to the square you occupy (for example, I cannot use Nanobots to heal via an object in the same square as me). However Larfleeze's special power specifically says:
Just searched this thread and did not find an answer to my question. Can the OLC be used to heal with nanobots? I think that they could being that they are objects. My idea was to put nanobots on one of my pieces and use Larfleeze to heal them by moving his constructs adjacent to the piece with nanbots.

The Orange Construct objects are objects so a character with Nanobots can use them to heal in the same way they would use any other object.

I do not have this specifically listed, but I do have this at the very top

2) The Constructs are objects, not characters, and they are treated like any object, though they are neither light, heavy, nor immobile.
Anytime you can use an object (unless it specifically has to be "Light", "Heavy", "Immobile", or "Standard"; you can use a Construct.
