Tell that to Boston Chicken, er, um, I mean Boston Market.
No, this is completely different. There is a legal case where Boston Market sued Boston Chicken for name infringement and won. That was due to both places doing the same thing; selling chicken. In this case Comic Cubes makes comic storage boxes (mini file cabinets) and ComiCubes would sell dice. Highly unlikely that anyone would say it was product/patent infringement.

I thought Boston Chicken (a small company) sued the big Boston Chicken and the big one was forced to change their name. While they both make chicken, I don't know how easy it would have been to mistake one for the other. But beyond that the spirit of your post is correct.
Catering to the lowest common denominator since Feb 2003.

Your right. I just looked it up. I remembered that there was a lawsuit, I just had the direction wrong. Thanks for the clarrification.
I just sent a friendly email o the guys at comic cubes to see if they would have any problem with it.
You are a nicer business man than most. While this step was not needed, if they are okay and if you save the email you can protect yourself from future lawsuits.
What worries me more is the defunct Comicubes website. Since it doesn't work it would be hard to track down the owner of the domain name. There may no longer be an owner. I'm not sure if there is a service that can find this for you.
Yet, when I just type in the site name (www.comicubes.com) nothing comes up. Therefore I am not sure what Google is referencing.
In other weird wrestling news, drunken Snooki thinks she's going to stay on as a WWE diva after Wrestlemania.
I want these clixed: Doc Savage, Fu Manchu, Tarzan, The Shadow, The Green Hornet & Kato, Conan, Solomon Kane, The Phantom, King Kong, Universal Monsters, Black Orchid, Manhunter (Paul Kirk), Xemnu the Titan, unclixed Kirby Fourth World characters, and Lilith, Daughter Of Dracula.
I'm gonna go clean my mind's eye with steel wool if you all don't mind.
I know some folks who refer to that maneuver as "The Rozema Method" in honor of the former major league pitcher who once used Brillo pads to clean his car.
Tim Burton was right: "A square jaw does not a Batman make." Steve Buscemi as the next Batman! Luke Perry as Joker! Let's make it happen!
