I don't think PG qualifies on a technicality. She was absent from JLA/JSA crossovers for more than ten years, not having been created yet.

But Starman is correct! After not appearing in any JLA/JSA crossovers from 1972 to 1982 (except for one-panel cameos), he was in three in a row, 1982, 1983, and 1984!

And, just for the record, Mr. Teriffic appeared in four; 1965, 1967, 1972, and 1979.
