I don't want to play a game of chess where dumb luck or money decides whether or not I get to use a rook... Collectibility is a necessary evil of Heroclix, not a boon.
I don't wanna do Sinestro Corp (only cause EVERYONE else will) I wanna do "Sentinel Attack". Something Mutie Related....Any Ideas? Please Serious replies (even if its brain storming). Hmmmm... I'm pretty good with Hot Glue (mind outta the gutter Charles!) I'm thinking a New Pyro! Whaddya think?
I agree, Sentinel attack would be cooler. Especially since DS is capping it at 3 entries per character. I'm sure the lanterns will fill up fast. Here are some ideas:
Mastermold Sentinel - Double Based Giant
Prime Sentinel - Cyborg type mods
Wild Sentinel
Boliver Trask / Senator Kelly / Henry Gyrich - business suit human
If you do any kind of X-Man or Brotherhood fig you have to have Sentinel parts lying around the dial.
Possibly a Duo Figure? New Brotherhood or Freedom Force.
And just thowing it out there...Event Dial. Possibly like the WWH dial.
Now the thread didn't really say what Clix for the Cure was. For the mod contest everyone submits entries and we vote. The winning modder gets stuff, but what are the mods used as prizes for? Is it an auction or some kind of tournament DS runs?

I agree with Lucky's stronger points. I also like your idea of a new Pyro.
Edit: Here's the explanation I was given for what is going on. I was told to read this thread from last year's event.
It appears that there will be a HeroClix tournament in Bloomington, IL - and the proceeds for that tournament will be donated to a charity for breast cancer.
I'm guessing that the modders will create their mods, and donate them to the tournament to be used as prizes. So in a sense, the modders will be donating their mods to charity.

Yes Charlie is correct. Essiential our submitted Mods will be handed out as prizes at said event.
Thanks for the Ideas. I was going to put a Sentinel Trooper being "burned" by Pyro. Anyone have spares?
Got GOOD pics of a Wild Sentinel? (the ones on the pog suck)

For thosw who didn't know...Last Saturday at LSOM we had 4 players show up (including the return of Juan) and LSOM had the AA boosters so we played the draft.
Next Saturday 1/24/09 will be 500 pts. DC Vs. Marvel (bring 2 500 teams 1 DC and 1 Marvel). The player who wins the roll-off gets to decide which team of his or of his opponent that will be played. He must play the opposite so it is Marvel Vs. DC. Got it?
