My favorite experience at Disneyland this weekend was...
As we're waiting outside of a restaurant (to be seated), this guy comes out with a roll of orange tape, and starts putting it down on the sidewalk. We ask him what he's doing, and he says he's trying to make it more organized (for the workers who come out of a kitchen door, go onto the sidewalk, and then into the restaurant through another door).
So as I'm standing there (between the tape and the building) asking about it, regular people are walking by. So I start telling them to stay on the other side of the tape, to not cross the line. It's scary funny how quickly people are to follow "the rules" and just do what I tell them to do. The best, though, was when these two girls in their Disneyland Security uniform walk up, and they cross the line. I immediately tell them to get on the other side of the line, and they do, but then they just give me a super confused look (as in, why am I listening to you). I almost died laughing.
That reminds me of the Candid Camera episode where there was this hallway with a tiled floor. It was mostly all white tiles with a few black ones here and there.
The CC people set up a sign going into the hallway which said "Only use the black tiles."

People obeyed.
I would, too, especially if the black tiles had letters spelling Jehovah.

CL is tired of the jwb joke that the rest of us still find hilarious. Styx is droppin' outta clix. Now stay on your side of the line.
Did you check out CathyCK? It is a pretty funny blog where they replace the dialogue from Cathy comic strips with quotes from Louie CK's stand-up. It got us talking on game night last week. The four people in the conversation all picked a comic strip and an comedian to replace the dialogue with.
I took Garfield & Sarah Silverman.
Others took:
Family Circus - Bill Hicks
Ziggy - Chris Rock
The Far Side - Kyle Kinane
The Sarahfield strips are on my Facebook page (Sarah's stuff is a bit too strong for this here family site).
I've found that this formula is full of win.
Catering to the lowest common denominator since Feb 2003.
I would, too, especially if the black tiles had letters spelling Iehovah.
Fixed that for you.

There used to be a webpage called Garfield without Garfield. You should check it out.
I have picked up 2 Cult albums over the years; Love and Sonic Temple. Should I seek out their whole discography, or do I have the best right now?
Hey inPhantocide, did you ever check out Electric? I've been listening to it today. If you're still unsure, go to youtube to listen to 3 songs: Peace Dog, Wild Flower, and Love Removal Machine. If you like those, then get it. If you don't, then get it...I mean...don't.

I will do it now!

Sittin' on a mountain, looking at the sun
Plastic fantastic lobster telephone
Drive on baby, through the electric night
All the way sister, in the taxi of life
Cookin' in the kitchen, insects on the bone
Hazy, lazy, dream world drippin' on
Waitin' for a time bomb, yeah, tick tick tick away
Somethin' on the radio, yeah yeah, drip drip drip all day, yeah
Drive on baby, through the electric night
All the way sister, in the taxi of light
The sunshine glows, but nobody knows
The nighttime's gone, keep drivin' on, yeah
Aphrodisiac jacket
Napoleon machine gun
Livin' on a subway, yeah yeah
From dusk till dawn, yeah
Push baby, push, push, push, yeah...
Sittin' on a mountain, we're looking at the sun
Plastic fantastic lobster telephone, yeah
Drive on baby, through the electric night
All the way sister, in the taxi of light
The sunshine glows, but nobody knows
The nighttime's gone, keep drivin' on
She had runaway eyes and marshmallow kittens.
My heart heard a dream like ten thousand mittens.
A tear in her hand
She spread deja-vu all across the land.
She spinned round and round with a frog in her ear
Whispering fountains and rocks she couldn't hear
Oh, she amazed me!
With her love, she tazed me.
Oh, she amazed me!
And it escapes me
how she outer spaced me.
Too many times I have seen the thunder
Flashes of sound, soul-rending sunder
A letter colored blue...
Now the nine bells are ringin' and singin' it too
She spinned round and round with a frog in her ear
Whispering fountains and rocks she couldn't hear
Oh, she amazed me!
With her love, she tazed me.
Oh, she amazed me!
And it escapes me
how she outer spaced me.
Little did she know they were coming too soon,
Both those kittens ran off to the moon
Oh, she amazed me!
With her love, she tazed me.
Oh, she amazed me!
And it escapes me
how she outer spaced me.
Oh, she amazed me!
With her love, she tazed me.
Oh, she amazed me!
With splendid reprisal, she took to the sky.
My tear drops asunder. No shadow. No cry.
Apple core ostriches dancing like fairies.
And it escapes me
how she outer spaced me.
