When our story opens, the Question is investigating an impossible locked-room murder mystery involving a midget and a 6'6"-tall call girl into heavy bondage. Don't worry, I'll explain later. It's all vitally relevant.

That's pretty general, and true of all comic book characters (except maybe Alice Cooper and Pope John Paul II). I'm not saying the factor I'm looking for is unique to these six characters; in fact it's true of a lot of major villains. But it's something specific, not common to all comic book characters, that these six share.
Cookies.
Archie likes to eat the ones Betty Cooper makes.
Martian Manhunter likes to eat the ones by Nabisco.
Superboy likes the ones Lana Lang made for him.
Aquaman likes to steal some from Martian Manhunter.
Wonder Woman used to sell them.
And Green Arrow just likes to lure the Girl Scouts into his pad when they were out selling cookies.
They took over an already-running book at some point in their career?

IgMo gets it!! Archie Andrews first appeared in Pep Comics #22; Wonder Woman in All-Star Comics #8; Aquaman and Green Arrow both in More Fun Comics #73; Superboy in More Fun #101; and Martian Manhunter in Detective Comics #225. None of these characters appeared on those covers!

Gar Logan, known interchangeably as Beast Boy and Changeling, has been associated primarily with two superteams. Name them, and name two other heroes who have appeared on both rosters.
