It would all depend on if they officially dealt "0" damage (which can be modified) or "no" damage (which cannot be modified). I am thinking that they deal "no" damage, but I am not sure what the official wording is.
Good question =]
Only light and heavy objects have a damage value assigned to them.
There is no damage to be dealt by slinging around Orange Constructs.

So the added damage from magneto will be treated like a crit hit on a Mind Control, no damage (as opposed to a crit hit on an Incap which would 1 to the 0 previously being dealt).
Quick confirmation on Orange Constructs requested:
December player's guide:
When Orange Construct objects are moved with the
Orange Constructs trait, they use the speed symbol.
Current player's guide:
When Orange Construct objects are moved with the
Orange Constructs trait, they move as characters with
the speed symbol for terrain purposes.
So the current wording indicates that Orange Constructs moved via Larfleeze's trait ignore characters during the movement. It is a legal move to walk an Orange Construct up to a character and place said construct in that character's square.

How does the new Player's Guide affect his objects when canceling his damage power?
Quote
If the duration of the effect of a power or ability is
specified (ie, blocking terrain markers from Barrier), the
effect ends when the power or ability is lost or countered.
If the duration is not specified (ie, action tokens from
Incapacitate), the effect remains when the power or ability
is lost or countered.
How does the new Player's Guide affect his objects when canceling his damage power?
And just to complete this (since you now know that canceling and countering are two different things), canceling his power would have no effect on the Orange Construct objects.
its the start of my turn, and 1 of my opponents characters its at 2 squares of LOF from Larfleeze.
Can i Summon an Orange construct object at the start of my turn to cause them poison?
ARGUMENT:
The new Players Guide says:
Quote
Free actions may be used during the beginning of turn and during the end of turn.
and since Summon of the Orange Lantern Corps its a free action (unless i already have 2 Orange construct objects in the map) i can use it at the start of my turn before using poison.

am i right?
Yes, and you could do this previously but it may not have been spelled out as adequately.
