Captain Marvel's damage to Nightmare would be reduced to 3 by his Invulnerability. And if you're going to attack the Skrull try to remember his TA. I know I always overlook it myself, though, so I can't blame you too much for not rolling for it.
1. Nightmare will attack Fate. AV12 on DV17, needs a 5. He gets an 8. 3 to Fate, 1 more to Nightmare.
2. Skrull attacks Shi - Av8 on DV15, needs a 7. He gets an 8. Shi's supersenses are 3. 2 points to Shi.
3. Man-Bat to A15
4. Vampire Lackey to N9
5. Push Lizard to attack Nightcrawler. AV10 on DV18, needs 8. Gets a 5. Figured I was getting all these other 8s this turn. I guess it's just Nightcrawler.

"You are a wizard, like Strange," Nightmare said, eyeing Dr. Fate. "No, no, no. That will never do. He struck out at Fate, grasping for his throat. The sky lit up with the magical energies from the titanic struggle of the two beings. When Fate finally broke free from Nightmare's grasp, both looked somewhat shaken.
"So many humans to choose from," the Skrull mused. Which to kill?" The woman had knives. In the Skrull's mind, that made her the biggest threat. He morphed into a great orange furred primate and swung a hairy arm at Shi. Somewhat taken aback by the transformation, Shi's reaction time was slower than usual, and she caught most of the blow.
Hate to monkey wrench your whole turn, but since Nightmare is kind of key to my whole raison d'etre for my team, I must point out the Hector would block Kabuki's LoF to Nightmare, and I believe Arwyn's as well, and Spider-Man should block Shi's. For that matter, Shi shouldn't be able to make a ranged attack as long as she's based by another grounded fugire (my Skrull).
Fate shook off Nightmare's attack. "Now..." he screams, "Now!"
Nightmare is surrounded by a handful of heroes. Nightcrawler's tail grabs him and seems him still. "Ready, ladies."
Kabuki and Shi bow to Nightcrawler and say, "Arigato". Both take out their weapon of choice. Each insert metal blade into their enemy with the sensuality and precision one might with a lover.
Nightmare falls with a sinister laugh. "Now I am more potent than ever, you have won me much, heroes."
Somehow the defeat of Nightmare only seemed to secure his hold on this world.
In case you missed it, I did have a couple of points to dispute on that last turn. (Post 34) Trying to save Nightmare here! (though I did like that Obi-Wan thing you did with him in the story post!)
OK I had Hector at E18 so that's the problem. To replay the turn:
Move #1: Spider-Man attacks Skrull. Needs 7, rolls 6. Not a good start. (THIS MOVE IS OK)
Move #2: Shi will attack Skrull. Needs 7, rolls 7. Skrull roll is 3, bcf is 6. Wow, never get that. Skrull is gone.
Move #3: Arywn uses rs to move to H20, will attack Nightmare. Needs 4, rolls 11. 1 to Nightmare.
Move #4: Nightcrawler uses hss to move to D17, attacks Nightmare, needs 5, rolls 4. Nightcrawler ends at H16.
Move #5: Kabuki will attack Circe. Needs 5, rolls 4. What is it with these #### rolls?
Move #6: Ghost Rider to I16.
Beast outwits Circe's mc.
Fate will outwit Nightmare's enhancement.
Note: Jane Foster is no longer moving and Nightmare is very much alive. Let's, if we can, rewrite the next post to clean up any story errors just to keep the flow of the story correct. OK?

"Yeah, sure Obi-Wan," Spider-Man joked, "now that we've taken you down you're more powerful!"
"Don't discount his threat," Dr. Fate warned.
"Nonsense," Shi said, "Leaderless, the rest of these mosters shall fall as easily as this,.." the Skrull's eyes went wide as he crumpled to the ground, a dark stain spreading across his jumpsuit.
"Prodigiously well done, madame," the Beast grinned. "Now for the others."
Suddenly, a chilling laugh filled the air. Nightmare's body quivered then rose jerkily to his feet. "Fools! Do you think Nightmare is so easily defeated. The stuff of dreams is mine to manipulate, and your fondest dream was to defeat me and save the day! I let you see your dream, only to drink in your delicious despair when you realized that your victory has been transformed to abject defeat. Now, my minions! Strike!"
Suddenly, the villains were among them. Grundy rode in on a wave of telekinetic force and brought a refrigerator down on Dr. Fate's head. The sorceror only just managed to erect a mystic shield in time to prevent himself from being crushed, but while he was busy defending himself against the brute, the Brood warrior swiped at him with his deadly tail, opening a gash in his side.
Circe glared at the Beast and spoke one word. "Pain!" and suddenly the mutant doubled over in agony.
Then, with an earthshaking THOOM! the Abomination leapt to the ground in the midst of the heroes, roaring with fury, and Arcane took advantage of the confusion to skitter closer to the battle.
And above all the other noise, Nightmare's high pitched laughter rang through the dark night, and for miles around chldren and grown adults both buried themselves further under their covers as dark things invaded their dreams.

"Annoying insect, I will craush you!" Nightmare swiped at Spider-Man with his claws, and only Spider-Man's Spider Sense enabled him to avoid the attack.
"Arachnid," Spidey corrected. "Spiders are arachnids. Eight legs. Two body sections, not three. You wouldn't believe how many times I have to correct people. How you can get elected evil dictator of the dream dimension and not know the difference is beyond me, really."
