With a nod of his head toward the man in the battlesuit made in Batgirl's direction, the Dark Knight made it clear to Barbara that she was going to be responsible for the technology-boosted opponent. He was thinking about interrogating Penguin and, especially, Lady Shiva, who had abandoned her cover and was threatening Robin. There was a chance she was a simple mercenary in a caper of Penguin's; but there was also a chance that she was fulfilling a role as liaison or even watchdog for someone more powerful than Penguin. Batman viewed her as the key to discovering more about the police officers' deaths.

Black Canary had been waiting for an opening and now she had it. When Lady Shiva turned her back on Dinah and ran the other way toward Robin, Black Canary made her move. She dashed into the warehouse, approached the martial artist and prepared for a tough fight.

Batgirl used another batarang from her ample supply to attack one of the operators of the battlesuits. With a >whoosh< and a thud, the missile struck some key components, causing sparks to fly, and the man inside yelled in pain.

i can hardly believe how often i've rolled low but just enough to hit nonetheless in this game!...

Lady Shiva was far too quick for Robin, She struck robins right arm with a loud crack, then she reverse kicked him in the chest. Robin went flying back through the air landing on a desk. He was left breathing but just barely. She spun around to face Canary, however was blidned by a smoke pellet which robin must have dropped before Shiva connected with her final blow.

"Robin!" cried Spoiler, who had stuck her head around the corner out of the office. She dashed into the fray without consideration for her own safety. She confronted the assassin with reckless determination. "You'll pay for that!"

Batgirl knew that alacrity was called for now. She threw another batarang at the battlesuit operator. It took out the servolenkers along the suit's neck area, sparks flew, and the operator within yelled in pain as the whole suit slumped to the ground.

Barbara knew that Batman was flustered by Shiva's taking out Robin. "Look out, Shiva," thought Batgirl, as she recovered from the exertion. "You're not gonna like him when he's mad."

Black Canary attacked before Spoiler could carry out her threat. Her hair fell gorgeously around the nape of her neck as her canary song tore through the assassin's ears and head. Lady Shiva held her hands to her head and clenched her teeth in pain.

Spoiler finally had her opportunity to take out her frustration and anger. With a spin and a kick, she successfully landed her foot in Shiva's midsection, which sent the assassin sprawling to the floor. "If Robin's seriously hurt, that won't be the end of it," Spoiler said.

Um, Kasz, did you roll a 4+3=7 for Abe's attack on Black Canary? I have his AV=6 after 3 clicks of damage, which would total 13, 2 less than Black Canary's DV of 15....
I'm going to presume that you're busy with so many games at the same time that your basic arithmetic is being overloaded. I'll post a move now that doesn't involve BCanary until you can clarify.

Taken unawares from a blast to her left, Black Canary snapped her head toward her assailant and considered her options. You CAN capture him though, it's only if toughness is on his current click that you need SS or Toughness.

As Black Canary was stunned at the perfidy of the battlesuit operator, Batman did not hesitate. He fired his special line, wrapped up the man in the battlesuit and yanked. Unfortunately, his interrogation of the villains would have to wait, for Batman pulled a bit too tight and, weakened as the bd guy was, temporarily cut off the villain's air supply, knocking him out.

How should i calculate the points for the LexCorp Security figs? One of them was a rookie and will count only as a rookie, but the other?

I hope you'll review my calculations, as this is the first time i'm adding up these four different kinds of experience points...


For the next issue/story/battle, am i aiming for a 200-point team again?

And since this is working like a regular arc. Your Aiming for a squad no more then what your current squad was. So if you want Catwoman in you'll have to take out more then Robin. Once you get your squad up i'll post the end story and get started on the next one. Got a family dinner to go to today (at like freakin 3pm) but i doubt i'd be done so fast anyway.

Your team total points was 164, which converts nicely to 41 TAPs for me.

Adding up the IAPs from my running tally, i get 43 TAPs.

This amounts to 84 TAPs for this issue.

Is there any reason to convert these to IXPs and TXPs before the end of the arc, other than to know who might be close to promotion?
