I keep assking them questions but they won't answer them.

Mage Knight isn't cancelled entirely. It's on a 1 1/2 year hiatus while they restructure the manufacturing plant and the Mage Knight corporate structure. (an advantage of being at a WizKids sponsored convention when the announcement was made).

As for the Heroclix announcement, it shall begin when it begins. To worry beforehand is pointless.

As for the rumor that you'll be able to send in your clix points for free maps, when was the last time we actually HAD clix points on packages?

It would be nice for those who've been with HC since the beginning and got screwed over by retirement.

Not that I think the clix points will ever be worth anything.... but I still have every last one I've ever gotten.

I think that a MAJOR announcement wouldn't revolve around something as passing and unimportnant as clix points. I expect a major announcment to be regarding something that would have an impact on a MAJORITY of the players, not just the oldest players that happen to still have clix points.

the prevailing opinion is that this announcement will actually be a number of minor, but interrelated things. eh! who can say? only two more hours to wait.

but seriously? why do they do this to us? why make us wait for announcements? The only good reason I can think of is that they are waiting until a new contract is signed; as in for a new liscence. Which I think means Indy series two. Fingers crossed?
