Dude, nothing to feel bad about. I'm just trying to get enough stats to get my guys to places where they can level up. I had no illusions that they were going to be a significantly competitive force at their rookie levels.
And, besides, as both of you mentioned, that Critical Miss might actually wind up saving Ragdoll.
Turn 6, Player 2
1) Catman attempts to hit Guardian. 9 +6, misses (again ). He takes a click of push damage.
2) Scandal doesn't want to hit Guardian because she doesn't want to knock him onto his Combat Reflexes clicks (who'd've ever thought they'd've heard that sentence a few months ago?), but will try anyway. 8 +5, misses. Which might be a good thing.
3) Cheshire goes for a Critical because, hey, what can it hurt? 7 +10 hits (and then some), but doesn't hurt him because of his toughness.
Does that count as a successful attack?

Well, the spectacular destruction of Floyd, Ragdoll's crit miss, Isolation (although that hasn't actually hurt you in practice yet, just in theory), and the inability to roll a 7... I just prefer to outplay my opponents rather than outroll them.
To get an SA, a fig has to do two things:
a) Hit a target DV
b) Affect the target in some way
Since Poison and Forceblast don't do a), they don't get SAs--likewise doing zero damage without some other effect like Incap doesn't get an SA for failing b). Sorry.
Ok, I noticed a problem here--I got two different results for Jim's attack, only I didn't see the other one before I rolled Tim's attack... And the one that came in second actually had the earlier time-stamp (not that I can tell, because they're so close, but my e-mail folder put it earlier, so...), and that one missed due to SS. Not sure what we're supposed to do in this case, this is messy. I'm posting what I had written when I went to get Robin's result and saw the other Guardian result...
Uh... Refs?
Turn 7, Player 1
Free) Impulse will Perplex Jim's damage to 3.
1) Jim will attack Scandal. 9 to a 14. 4 + 3, hit. Super senses roll is 3. 3 damage to Scandal. 1 AST to Impulse.
2) "My name is Robin. You threw a knife in my girlfriend's shoulder. Prepare to sleep the sleep of the knocked unconscious." Robin will push to attack Scandal. 9 to a 10.
3)

I'm no ref, but I say you back-check with Jacin to find out which one was the original roll, by seeing what time it entered his mailbox as well (since it has the same timestamp), and then ignore all other rolls, including the one for Tim, since (although I doubt your overwhelming conscience would let you go through with it) you COULD, potentially, hedge your bets on your turn if the roll was already successful.
Basically, I would take the earliest roll, make that the legal one, and then re-build your turn from there.
Like I said, I'm no ref, but in the event that you don't get one in the near future, that seems the most fair solution to me.
President of HCRealms: 2013-2016
Autocratic President of HCRealms: 2017-?
My mailbox put the one that missed first, too. But, I'm good either way. Like I said, I've got no illusions that I'm actually going to win this game. So, whichever way you want to go on it works for me.
What would be ideal (for me), is if you took the Super Senses roll that caused Guardian to miss which, in turn, caused Tim to miss. But, I think I might be a little biased.

I know in a couple instances I had with the roll and time stamp you need you use the earliest stamped one first so, waht thawmus said is right, but I am not a judge either
Season 1 SuperHero Bowl Champion of the Heroclix Fantasy League
So, what's the official ruling? We go with the first time-stamped result which means that Scandal survives due to Super Senses? Does tenk get to rebuild the rest of his turn, or no?
JUDGE!

What about the turn re-building? If he doesn't, he misses with Robin, too (as Robin rolled a whopping 3 when he needed at 4-5).

Actually, to interject here, forceblast has been ruled an exception (sometime around mid last season). Causing damage with forceblast DOES earn an SA. Vulture has done in several times...

And, the only reason I pushed Robin was to KO Scandal--Robin need's 1 more KO for 5, I wouldn't have pushed him to try for an SA and to knock Scandal onto Regen--it just makes bad sense.

Huh, I never got any for Red Tornado last season... That's good to know. Of course, at this point Red Tornado already has 10 SAs, so...
The having rolled with Robin before the revised miss came in was kinda the sticky part here... Otherwise it was a simple case of just go with the miss.

Ok, here's the real Turn 7. Thanks for your patience, Jacin.
Turn 7, Player 1
Free) Impulse will Perplex Jim's damage to 3.
1) Jim will attack Scandal. 9 to a 14. 4 + 6, hit. Super senses roll is 5. Miss.
2) Impulse will use HSS Option 1 to attack Ragdoll from D-2. Shape change is... 1. 9 to a 15. 1 + 5, hit. Super senses is... 1. 1 damage to Ragdoll. He'll end his move back in F-7.
3) Red Tornado will push to fly to G-2, carrying Arrowette and dropping her in H-3.
