One question- when did you upgrade Dagger to her LE? Was it after the annual?

Yep, that it was. She got enough IXP to upgrade to her LE after the Annual (not that hard, as it was only two points ) so I went ahead and upgraded her after that.

I haven't had a chance to use her at the new level yet (as it would put me one measly point over my build limit), but I'm hoping an oppertunity will present itself soon
