Even if they never reinstate the TA, Cobra and Diamondback are essential to be made eventually. Cobra can be MOE and Diamondback can be Spidey TA as many reformed villains score that one.
I'm kinda wishing I'd voted for them all. I only voted for the ones I wanted to see first and foremost.
And there are so many more.
Despite the snake theme, they have a "standard diversity" as far as super-groups go. Bricks, fast-movers, Incappers, science guys, martial artists.
Why did WizKids decide to drop the TA, though? Was it too powerful? (SS TA: Allowed use of Phasing Teleport.) Was it the wildcard abuse? Should they tweak the SS TA? Or re-word it into something else entirely?

Though campy, I always loved seeing them show up in the 90's Cap books. In fact, if I ever saw one of them on a cover, I'd buy the book immediately. It was like a well organized group of villains whose powers and squads complimented each other for a change.

Why should I type what I wanted to say when you already did?
...now, if we can just get Professor Pyg confirmed.

I agree.
Although, to clarify my "despite the snake theme" comment I don't think they're "campy" exactly. What I was trying to say was what you point out (well-organized group whose powers and squad compliment each other), but also that -- I think -- a lot of writers take one look at a bunch of snake/reptile themed villains and immediately dismiss the character concepts and the potential roles they can play in a story.
As a group, have they appeared anywhere other than in Cap's comics? (Last time I remeber seeing the full roster used was on Kirkman's run on Cap, prior to Brubaker's re-launch.....)
