Not going to go full out, but from the bat-cave in my basement to the bat-tattoo on my arm, I'm pretty much a geek. I have also placed my ring (the One ring, not my wedding ring) up to a coffee pot and spontaneously recited the Oath of the Coffee Lantern:
In earliest day,
In latest night,
No caffeine shall escape my sight.
Let those who think that sleep is right
Beware my power: Coffee Lantern's might!

I will be 49 years old this coming Monday, and am into:
Star Trek
Star Wars
Comic Books
Heroclix
Anime
Doctor Who
Supermarionation
Video Games
MMORPGs
Tabletop RPGs
Kaiju Movies
My taste in TV shows runs to Ghost Hunters, Destination Truth, Bruce Timm's DCU cartoons, and Phineas & Ferb (I've burned out on Law & Order/CSI/NCIS/24, their clones, and spinoffs, and I'm hoping Syfy will make more episodes of Eureka. And DON'T get me started about Oprah or Dr. Phil!)
I still think the original Battlestar Galactica is cool, last year's Star Trek remake rubs me the wrong way, and I occasionally have trouble finding things among all the clutter in my room.
I keep a pet, dead, golden cockroach because it came in a heroclix box.
Keeping the roach is amazing! I mean, an LE is an LE is an LE. Major rep for that!
My geek status is pretty sneaky...I'm a sneaky geek. I definitely don't hold a candle to many of you, but I have many a year for my inner geek to develop (I'm 24).
All the regular symptoms are there though:
I collect and read comic books
I collect and play Heroclix and other toys
I buy and play hours upon hours of video games (mostly RPG and sports)
I am a huge zombie geek and buy pretty much anything related to them
I almost exclusively read Fantasy and Sci-Fi books
Also, I'm a huge Soccer (LA Galaxy) and Baseball (DODGERS!!!!)/Fantasy Baseball Geek. My daily regiment consists of checking the realms, ESPN soccernet, mlbtraderumors.com and the Galaxy's and Dodgers's websites first thing when I get to a computer.

"Your room"? Um...should I be inserting a "Mom's basement" comment here? Naaaaa!!!
Me? I have two rooms....in my basement.
What we do in life echoes in eternity!
Respect is a given, only disrespect can be earned.
A friend showed me the video for "White and Nerdy" and it was the first time I'd seen it or heard the song. And I caught every reference. That was scary.
And I sing it... and uh, play it on my MP3 player... and uh, know that there's a LEGO version out there...
I even helped make a movie about dorks and geeks. Some of you may have heard of it: Gamers: Dorkness Rising. It's the sequel to The Gamers. It can be found in most comic, gaming, and hobby shops, including most malls around America.
Nuh uh....
What did you do? Me and my friends love that movie...
2010, 2013 HCFL Champ, 2016 Colorado State Champion, 2nd Place Team Worlds
HCFL 2018 - United Atlantis

Hello Shadow Giant. Look at your post, now back at mine, now back at your age, now back at mine. Sadly, not everybody can be as geeky as me, but if you compare our ages you will see that there is only 5 years difference. Look down, now back up. You're on HCRealms with the Geek other Geeks could be like. Look down, what's in your hand? I have it. It's a booster pack with those 2 figures that you need. Look again, the figures are now CHASES! Anything is possible when you embrace your inner geek and stop being a lady. I'M ON HCREALMS.
The above post only helps to illustrate my Geek level.
