Yeah, because it is the +1 or +2 effect so you have to roll for each person individually. And you can choose to different Combat Values to perplex as well, it doesn't all have to be on the DV or the DamV for the entire team. You can mix it up.

You know, I don't know what the rules are there. Can you NOT use feats if you are MC'ing them?

The way I saw it was, I gave you an action and "Inside Information" came into play. I didn't give you a separate action to activate it or anything, so I thought it was legal. Hmmm....I think I might learn something new today.
