Im not going to say he is broken but ive seen some really nasty nightcrawler teams. You have a marvel girl to TK him so he can grab pretty much anywhere and then bring your prey back to NC's pals some of the deadliest are ironfist, Namor, hercules (a magog could work as well), or a horde of little pain in the butts like x-23, wolfsbane, spidey (wos or SI) etc. The anti SS and SC stuff helps against him but the only thing going against nightcrawler is that 10 attack especially if you can make him re roll it. Or that your opponent doesnt know what to do with him my Dark avengers team beat a NC, Groot, Nohvar, Bullseye team and the NC made maybe 2 attacks all game and never landed.

Bullseye is the "I'm gonna hurt you and theres nothing you can do about it" guy. Thunderbolted to ultimates and 2 clicks in... Scary, scary mo-fo!

Yea most underrated is probably Bullseye. Especially in WOS floor, he absolutely dominates that set. At 117 people were saying he was too expensive, yet he's become one of the most feared, versitile, and long last pieces in the game. He's ridiculously good.

Funny how someone said they have yet to lose with NC, but they have to pair him with Bullseye.

NC is really good, but he's not the be all end all that people were thinking he would be.

People haven't already forgotten how hyped NC was? I mean literally people going at each other's throat over how broken he was. The figure being banned before the set even came out. That fig is by far the most overhyped fig because he hasn't come close to the hype he created.

One thing thats awesome about the good ole Bullseye is during its time it there has always been a really good one!

Do you mean Thunderbolts "makes" him deadly? Not sure how Thunderbolts "made" the vet from Sinister deadly. Thunderbolts just recently got changed to having the pre-req be the Keyword Thunderbolts, and the vet doesn't have the Avengers TA so you wouldn't have been able to T-bolts him back in the day.

Once I began teaming her up with a cheap TKer, it was a BCF/Flurry fiesta! She took out V Superman in one turn with two successful BCF attacks with a 6 and 5 for damage rolls. My opponent's stunned expression prompted me to remind him of Superman's (former) vulnerability to magic. Used correctly, this wild card menace can rattle any tent pole.

I remember Molly and M-11 being real hyped before HoT released. Now there is never any mention of them.

The all time hyped figure is icons vet superman. He still gets hyped now and then. Once you knock him past the hypersonic he is easily dealt with. That's not all hat hard to do either.

I think some figures are able to get by on intimidation factor alone. They are like playground bullies. Once you stand up to them they aren't a big deal.

As far as V Icons Supes, are you kidding around, or just have a short memory? That piece changed the game. Wasn't HSS changed because of him? They changed a mechanic in the game because of that piece. He over-delivered on the hype actually. Sorry but that's just crazy, if you are being serious. He definitely lost a step with time, but back in his hay day V Icons Supes was literally THE piece.
