Luthor ducked and ran behind Sinestro back to the room, "I'm just checking for the power suit back here. You guys continue the good fight!"

"Bald headed coward," Sinestro muttered under his breath and turned towards Osborn, "Hello Norman, I hear you're afraid of spiders."

A giant yellow spider formed in front of Sinestro.

"Don't worry, this won't hurt a bit...." Sinestro grinned as the spider ran towards Osborn.

The spider's mandible opened and came down towards Norman...

Norman cocks his head and turns towards Bullseye.

"Sorry Lester," Norman smiled and threw Bullseye into the jaws of the spider.

"Drat," Sinestro recalled the spider into his ring, "Looks like you and Luthor have more in common then you realize."

"This lifeform is of no use to me," Brainiac said in a monotone, blasting Daken across the room, "Therefore he must be eliminated."

"How much is Osborne paying you?" Luthor tried negotiating with the creature in front of him, "I'll double it! We can get rid of Scarecrow or Manta!"

"We could always get rid of you," Sinestro said dryly, "It's not like you've helped today."

"Oh shut up Manta...err, Sinestro!"

Bump and story post! I just want one more SA for Sinestro and one more KO for Brainiac!

Norman cracked his knuckles and looked at the fallen form of Bullseye. Things were getting a little desperate, but all was not lost. "So, Sinestro, your weapon is fear? Well, here on Earth, fear is a weapon- but so is surprise!"

While Osborn drew Sinestro's attention, Agent Bright flipped his sidearm to full auto and lit Sinestro up, sending him stumbling back.

Osborn smiled and spoke to himself in a soft voice. "Our two weapons are fear, surprise, and ruthless efficiency."

Mac Gargan took a chance to pounce on Lex yet again, and knocked him out with a few swift hits. He opened his radio frequency. "Boss, I got the bald one - the brains of the op! Brains..." Mac closed the channel and unconsciously wiped a small trail of drool from the corner of his mouth.

"Agent, give me some cover NOW! I can't be expected to do all of this myself!"

Agent Bright rushed over to cover Director Osborn, but his rounds bounced uselessly off of Brainiac. Seeing the futility, he switched aim to try to help Osborn deal with Sinestro, but their combined firepower wasn't enough to tag the alien.

Daken's healing factor did just enough to keep him walking. Impatient, he forced himself to hobble back to Brainiac, claws at the ready.

Daken allowed himself a pained smile. "My old man always had good luck fighting robots. Looks like there's more of that SOB in my blood than I'd like to admit."

Director Osborn and Agent Bright moved to get a better look. "Now robotics is an area I know something about. Once we get this one dismantled, I bet I can add a weapon system or two that would make Stark green with envy! Green... that's something I know a few things about, too..."

Agent Bright watched his boss start muttering to himself and fiddling with the transmitter he had picked up. He was an oddball, Bright had to admit, but he was smart and seemed to know what he was doing. Even now, he could see the transmitter interfering somehow with that obscenely powerful robot.
