No, but "snapshot" figures are stupid, anyway, particularly for characters that aren't likely to see a remake any time soon. Particularly when none of the other versions of Impulse have the Teen Titans keyword, either - only Kid Flash.

my titans and my sinestro teams are going to LOVE the new recruitments.. and im thinking HEAVILY on fielding the violet lanterns. green is doubtful, and red and orange would have to see how they play... otherwise, i dont care for much else in this set, but im DEAD SET on mongul sinestro and my titans!

Actually, he was a Titan before Young Justice. He was on the team, when he first appeared in the mid 90's, along with Kyle Rayner and Matrix Supergirl. I think Arsenal was leading the team at the time.
