I haven't spent a lot of time looking ( I blame work for that ) but I haven't seen the Taunt thread you're referring to. Any way you could help me find it? Because as it's written on the card and in the Player's Guide, there is no reason Taunting the no-available-action TAs shouldn't work. If such a ruling has an Orange stamp, then it should probably be added to the PG.
