Jean-Paul valley (the first comic Azrael) is still dead; I wish he would come back though. The new Azrael mini-series was horrid, so i didn't even bother with the ongoing;I think it has been cancelled by now.

Congrats to DC for keeping Barry Allen dead for...how long? About 25 years? They brought him back but to their credit they did keep him buried for a long time.

Not that I dislike Barry; on the contrary. He's one of the better characters around. But the fact that they made his sacrifice actually be that, was impressive.
