Kick-Ass, Kick-Ass 2, Hit-Girl, Kick-Ass 3 are Icon Comics mini-series. Icon Comics is part of Marvel Comics. So, Kick-Ass characters are Marvel.

There are Gears of War comics, too, but those were never modern age.

And Star Trek comics, and those ships don't even make the cut for Golden...

Heck, they've been on both Marvel and DC, haven't they? Lol.

Yep. I've read X-Men team-ups and LoSH team-ups.

And let's not forget Gladiator punching the crap out of Kirk's Enterprise....

Hey if you can come out on top with Star Trek Tactics in a tournament, you earned the win.

Street Fighter got comics, but started as a game as well.

Technically, Kick-Ass is a creator owned series (Mark Millar) that happens to be published by Marvel under the ICON banner.

The KA2 MOVIE Clix are based upon the MOVIE Kick-@$$ 2. KA2 is not associated in ANY way with Marvel Studios. There are no Marvel images on the cards or clix, and the copyright is Marv Films which is an independent production company owned by Matthew Vaughn.

KA2 Clix are not a Marvel, DC, or Street Fighter product, therefore they are not Modern Age.

Judges can rule independently, but this is the basis upon which the official ruling will most likely be decided.
