Seriously? This is exactly what I and other players have been asking for since the first release - new expansions that include repaints and new pilots. The ships are the same cost as any other expansion. I hope they do MORE of these (including some for the Rebels)! Eventually I'd like all of Rogue Squadron (and all of Red Squadron and Gold Squadron from the Battle of Yavin). Bring 'em on, FFG!

But I understand the sentiment, I don't share it though........personally I love the product and hope they make more as they are doing with the Rebels Aces pack (even though the B-Wing did not need more options and better pilots FFG!!!)

I would call it a shameless money grab if FFG made them hard to come by. As it is, fans of the game have been asking for repainted ships. The cards are just added value since most fans would be buying it for the ships alone.

Make no doubt, I am fully aware of FFG's money making plans. They are just the kinder drug dealer.

Dang! I had to hit two venues to find Aces. One already sold out. Got lucky and found my two though, so all is good.

How many interceptors do you have? How many do you need? How many do you want? Those are the pertinent questions. The answer to all 3 questions for me is 4. Having said that, I want the cards. I'd actually like 3 copies of the new ones and that would require me to buy 2 sets. Aaargh!!! This is not a very friendly marketing strategy for me personally. If it's working for you I'm happy for ya.

@Cef64, I'm not one to jump to the defense of Gaming Companies usually, but FFG has made the purchase of the aces pack quite appealing. Stealth device upgrade is included x2 (previously available in Slave I xpac).

I kind of see where you were coming from..but for me, If my pilot has bloodstripes I NEED bloodstripes on my Interceptor Brah!

*Edit: I had 4 Interceptor xpacs prior to pre-ordering two sets of Imperial Aces.

Just stopped in at the local shop to pick up the Aces pack. Sold out, but will be getting more in this afternoon (they're going to hold one for me). Said they've been through at least 15 packs and plan to go through everything they get today.

Nope. I think it was more the store underestimating demand and had to order more from the distributor.
