Wouldn't it be fun to let a newbie use this Doc Spectrum with WXM Deathlok Prime together. I know it's an illegal team and cruel to a newbie but I'm sure some of us do have friends that we can play a little joke on. In case you didn't get the joke, it's Doc Spectrum's Pacifist Vow and Deathlok's Computer: No Killing Protocol combo.

Penetrating/Psychic Blast applies Penetrating damage to Energy Explosion targets as well.
