Thanos is not a Tb character dude?

If you are using a resource like the Bat Belt - that can be on a character that is not Thanos, but is on Thanos's team (Darkseid maybe?) because the Bat Belt is assigned to one character. The Book of the Skull is assigned to the whole team (no matter what!) so if one character on that team makes it illegal it can't be assigned.

However-his rule is the same as other rules that prevent a resource from being assigned. Those characters block the resource from being used on the entire team. You can't play the Book on a team that includes a vehicle or team base and have it affect the other characters. This was ruled a while back. Therefore, if you want to play a team that includes resources and vehicles, you can't use the Book or the Power Plant. You would need to use a different resource that does not include the line "is assigned to all characters."

You are advocating an exception that does not exist.

its like a million vs one here seems fair really? dont be surprised when you find out how wrong you all are on this... Thanos cant have a vehicle resorce or relic.. but just cause its not able to be used on him dosent stop others from using it.. plainly follows all the rules you guys are just confusing Tb/ with vehicles and making it seem like my rulings are incorrect.. fact is its common sense really all you guys are just haters :P

just cause it says assigned to all characters: dosent prevent the other members just Thanos... yes i already knew that you cant have a resource with a vehicle on a team at the same time.. still dosent mean its a vehicle

And yet the rules have been applied the same way to each in regard to using a resource on a team that includes them. Isn't it at least worth considering that the rules will be the same for Thanos?

It does not say that it is assigned to all legal characters on your force. If you have the Book of the Skull on the same force as Thanos, then the BotS would be assigned to Thanos. Thanos, however cannot be assigned a resource, so it creates an illegal game state.
