I have never been to that part of the country, but I had the impression that Delaware was a pretty cool state. It's the first state. It's the diamond state. For those of you who are in the area, what are the positives and negatives of DE?

Positives
Delaware has low property taxes and no sales taxes
There are a poop ton of banking/insurance/financial jobs.

Negatives
It has a wicked income tax
You can be fired with no cause (hence my unemployment)
The max you can receive in unemployment is a whopping $330 per week.
Has below average school system

Based on Delaware's educational reputation, I'm not sure we'll be able to decipher anything he posts.
