No, I haven't painted my Zombicide yet, and I am not sure I want to. There's just so many zombies...
As for the promos, I don't really understand why people are spending so much on these on the secondary market. Sure, some of them look kinda cool, but they basically play all the same.

Decent game, but the only guy I know who has it is an absolute dick. Emp is right about the beer & pretzels part, you can't take it too seriously and still enjoy it.

Here's hoping we get something good going tonight. Getting screwed over on the final turn of three consecutive games last week was downright awful.

A bit pricey, but cool. I love the action pose Shaun and the Danny Butterman from Hot Fuzz one.

We're a pretty casual group so most of the time it's pretty laid back.

I dunno. Not really a whole lot of interest in the event, my wife would have to tag along and meet people she doesn't know, I'm pretty deep in debt, I just don't see it happening.

I hate zombie-themed #### too much to give the game a fair take. We have a Mr. Enthusiastic in our group that sucks the interest right out of me when gets excited about something, and zombies get him REALLY excited. So it's hard for me to enjoy it anymore.

EDIT: That said, I've played the game a few times, and nothing really struck me as horrible, mechanically, and that is usually one of the first things that stick out to me. So, favorable review, I guess?

Yeah. I play or have played a lot of games and those models are half the cost of the equivalent of any other game I've played. GW is wrose than most, but those minis are still dirt cheap comparatively speaking.
