Great idea for a list! I agree with your #1, although I would choose the earlier Tim Drake long-pants redesign with a combo of yellow, green and red.

The early high-collar-and-feathers Nightwing costume wasn't amazing. The blue and black Nightwing suit from the Dixon solo-series era is great.

I am very fond of the Carol Danvers costume with full sleeves, a yellow starburst and sash. It quotes the earlier outfits and makes her look both attractive and combat-ready without over-the-top cheesecakiness.

Wow, I have never seen this Lobo. It looks like he just stepped out of "Godspell," or was doing side work with the Madmen:
