I think you are right. Sinestro is MUCH more powerful now.
Both of those things hurt to say...
In my day, we didn't have Heroclix. If you were being attacked by Superman with a 3d dumpster, you just had to hope you could outrun him.

Ok, maybe I'm just drunk, but doesn't this mean you could assign a 'free action' per the rules of other friendly figures? In other words, would this mean you could (per the old rules) indeed assign an outwit or perplex power, and then attack or whatever?
Check out the updated Superman team ability:
Superman Ally: This character ignores the effects of hindering terrain (including team abilities that give
hindering terrain bonuses) on movement, combat, and powers and abilities.
Doesn't do much for Supes himself, but the wildcards are gonna love it. You can now Outwit Stealth!

Say, does it look like you can recursivly use the Sentinel Multi-shot ability with Running Shot? Can't you use a Power action, to gain two power actions, and use those both to gain four power actions? I'd think they would definatly fix that, but it seems like it should TECHNICALLY work...

No, you declare Multi-Attack, RS, then RS. You can't eke out four of them.

Which wildcards have outwit? None of the legionnaires seem to.
Nine documents, twenty pages. But, even so, there's still nothing about the many glitches in the scenarios, maps and tournament rules. This is too disorganized and chaotic for my taste. I'm going to increase the level of house rules in my events so that at least one person will understand how the game works. Incapacitate + flurry - fine. Mixed indoor/outdoor - of course. RCE and multi-target - no problem. Etc ...
Using Outwit and Perplex as part of a Mind Control is further prohibited by saying you can't use Outwit and Perplex as part of an action. Mind Controlling a figure and using it is all one action. Therefore you can't use those powers in the middle of the Mind Control.
