The sad part about those pumps there is this. You could very easily win the game on turn 4 or 5 just by pumping someone insanely with Beatdown/Crime and Punishment/Flying Kick and get your opponent down really low. Then hit them with someone else and just activate Punisher's Armory and continually re-ready it by paying 3 and activating it again before the attack resolves to pump your attacker just enough to finish them off that turn.

It's like a more consistant version of the Intergang deck.

Interesting to see Curve adopting new plot twists to go along with their somewhat nutty characters, but they really don't seem to have much in the way of brokenness now that SNO is broken up. They don't really have any good character search either; they have to live off the top of their deck the entire game. How in the world does the deck compete now with Titans and other things that are more consistent and abusive, like the concealed deck from Munich? I guess the people that want to continue playing it have made some good changes; Flame Trap/Total Anarchy/Search&Destroy, etc. Only the last of those is teamstamped, so why not play CE or something that gives you character search and more disruption? Are Bastion and Nimrod really that dominate of guys?

Thanks Carl. I know that I have held on to hope for some of those extremely helpless teams, but your right. I had to "sell my soul to the devil" and finally decided that I wanted to be a smart player. I finally listened to Vidi and just played the best damn deck. I hope this starts my "Reign of Terror" lol, j/k I was fortunate to have such great guys to play test with and coaching from. Thats the only reason I'm any good. I played with you guys all the time. I guess when you get your face kicked in over and over again you finally learn your lesson.

Am I the only one who finds the other 10K highly more interesting than this one? The 2 surprise decks in the Top 8 were awesome. I loved that all concealed MK deck since it won that LCQ before PC3, I'm glad someone else decided to use it. Plus, LOA has always been an affiliation I have been fascinated with, so I'm glad someone put the heavy protection of Ubu/Coast City/Lazarus Pit with Sinestro to make a deadly new deck.

Don't forget a deck containing Spider-Friends *gasp* only missed Top 8 due to tie breakers in San Diego.

well, i think it is a concenus among many players that 7 drop spidey is just freakin broken....lets hope that they can get some love in the avengers set....the new 4 drop definately gives possiblities.....
