We have a current update for JLA in the same style (i think) as the old way. If not, I'm fairly sure someone in vs league can make one that matches. would it be feasible for you to continue in the way you've been doing it previously?

Possibly, but not for this release. If they can find a standardized format for their .dec files, let me know about it. But it needs to work for every set from MOR to present. I am not coding in varying parameters every time they change people.
