No, what's worse is when you have a store owner who knows what he's doing. Not only does he buy the $40 or so kits to not give them to us..he sells them to make a profit. He has thousands of ebay credentials through selling things on it and the VS hobby cards are no exception..spend forty make at least 40 on just the "most expensive set of 4 cards..and then you have the rest of them to sell and make your profit. It makes me want to gag. It's so rotten. Why can't we just purchase these kits if stores are able to do it for alternate reasons? Store owners just use this opportunity to make a few more bucks while pissing their customers off. Yes, if I wanted an EA..I'd have to pay what he's getting on Ebay for it. Bad? Yes, I work their too and it's a fun job, it's just a corrupt store that has a couple workers with no morals whatsoever.

In most situations, there's fear that taking action will eliminate the only league location in a given area. It sounds like you don't even have to worry about that if the storeowner's not even running league or giving any prizes.
