No, that's why there ARE 3 tie breaker scores. 4 really. You're saying if someone is 10-0 but the 9-1 player has higher T1, T2 and T3's he should be in first.

T1 = Most Important tie-breaker. This is what matters first.

T2 = Second most important tie-breaker. This is what matters if the T1's are tied.
