Just checking in quickly to thank you and let you know that I am well and so is my family.

The events that have transpired since the weekend have to do with the safety of my 16-year-old niece. Let's just say that Child Protective Services and the Police Department have been called in, and that I personally have been able to make sure that she is not being harmed. That having been said, there is still a court hearing, lawyers to be engaged, and the hope that I will be able to extract her from her current situation. Unfortunately, legal stuff makes this a convoluted mess.

I will try to get my mafia game opened sometime this week, but in games where I am a player my participation will be low. If you (as a mod) feel the urge to replace me, go for it. If not, I will still at the minimum try to send in night actions.

I'm not exactly loaded up on positive vibes at the moment (just home from my grampa's funeral), but as soon as I can muster some I'll send them your way.
It's always a bit ridiculous to say that from half a world away, but if there's anything I can do I would do so gladly.
