Yeah, well, I still have sleep apnea and that's why I feel tired after a full night's sleep often. My throat closing up every so often causes me to go into the stage of light sleep, where I'm almost waking up, and once it opens up again, I go back into a deeper sleep. Unfortunately, this happens every half hour to 45 minutes, so I'm constantly bouncing between stages of sleep, which prevents my body from staying in the one stage where it can get the kind of sleep I need to regenerate my body. Hence, why I feel tired.
As for dehydration, considering I usually get up 2-3 times per night to go to the bathroom, I think that's probably not a factor.
You aren't supposed to have to get up at night to urinate while in a sleep cycle :-/ could just be an infection. Easy fix though on that, just some over the counter allergy meds.

I've been this way for years. I just can't sleep while I've got gas in the tank (so to speak), so I've gotta go and relieve myself. Occasionally, I wake up (due to any number of circumstances, usually the cats) and since I'm awake anyway, I go to the can. No infections.
The Ever Growing Trickster and Pied Piper KO List!
U Ganthet, Labcoat Beast, Cap and Bucky
Not removing this until we get Clock King and The Rose-01/23/11
Come on, NECA-Marvel Horror Theme Set 2011!
Just got back from cult movie night, which snuck up on me this month. We watched Donnie Darko, which is apparently a cult movie? That was fine, but next month is the Rocky Horror Picture Show, which should be great. Was surprised to see one of my good buddies there, back from college for the weekend.

What a night! There was a charity tournament in Apex and it was a good time. It was a few hours away so we all left at 6 in the morning and just got back. The tourney was good but had this wonky rule that probs could be bought for $1 anytime, anywhere as long as the roll was legal to re-roll. It was great for the charity (which is what's it's all about after all) but brought the level of the game down a bit. There's one guy, Chrisgo316 I think, that spent about $50 in probs for one of our games alone. Not kidding or exaggerating. I'm pretty sure it actually had been over $60 but I'm trying to keep the score honest. Regardless, here were the teams I played:
I should have gone 3-0 with this team but the story with the probs was something else. The guy dropping the bankroll in extra rolls was already in the finals but just wanted to win and got caught up in the moment. Dude was dropping big money to re-roll everything. I don't remember how many ones he dropped on nines alone?! My Ogre dice were staying pretty faithful to me Time ran out before I could KO his Icons Supes. There's more to the story but I'll leave that until I have more time to reflect.

I built the team thinking of the typical tourney-winning teams and had some games going my way but then ran into Quasar. My little Leech theory didn't take me very far with that Phasing power. On top of that, my dice went cold. I spent a few bucks in PC's but stopped quickly before it went too far. I got into the final cut before going out 1-2 in the finals but scored enough points to score a Starro!
Overall, it was a really good day. Heroclix folk continue to be good people!

Sounds like fun. I've always wanted to go to one of those events. Glad you enjoyed yourself.

I used to love going to RHPS. There was a theater in Hadley, MA that used to tshow it. I think it was the Tower Theater if I remember correctly. Their floor show was kind of hit or miss but was great when they were "on."
