You could always trade a Marvel team for Spider-man, Prowler, Puma, Will-O'-the-Wisp, Silver Sable, and Rocket Racer. They all have the keyword.

If a villain is thematic to that heroic team, they can be recruited. I guess an example would be Killer Frost for the new Justice League of America team. She'd be a villain otherwise.

Granted, I haven't read the book, so I don't know if she's fully reforming or whatnot.
