Thing with Kang is you can only use one of his Title Character abilities per turn. (That's described more fully on older Title CHaracters, like Odinson) So he can place a Time Portal (which gives him a Plot Point) or he can do the Kang Wars thing. You Played the Kang Wars right (though he would lose Plot Points equal to the number of Portal Attacks) you just can't do it on the same turn he also places a Portal.

Also is that second Punisher line starting where Jean TKs him supposed to be there? You already give him an action. Feels like a correction where you forgot to delete the original plan or something.

Finally, I'm assuming that was Deathstroke hitting Thor? If so, it's for 4 +1 for the Crit -2 for Invulnerable, so 3?

So Kang won't create a time portal and goes for WM, hitting him for 3. Jean still tks him to C22.

As for Thor, yes that's Deathstroke attacking him (sorry, I did write Jean tked Punisher but Punisher had just completed his move, it was Deathstroke). With exospex he gains penetrating so the hit on Thor is a ko.
