I didn't say it happened in the regular DCU, but it was a "DC" comic, without an imprint name to it, much like the E-2 stories and the various other titles at that time that happened in various DC universes. I think it was out even before COIE.

Name one Person who had one superheroine ID/alias, then dropped it to become "Batgirl", only to stop using that name and go back to their previous superheroine ID/alias. And it was not Misfit.

Pre-Crisis all the way: name three heroes native to the Earth-One universe who participated in a JLA/JSA team-up before they officially joined the JLA.

Nope. Metamorpho never officially joined the JLA pre-Crisis; Green Arrow officially joined before the first JLA/JSA team-up; and while the Stranger's status is vague to me too, he never participated in a JLA/JSA team-up.
