"Allow me to help you there," Obsidian says. Darkness overtakes Black Bolt and he's wrapped in it. "Don't struggle, Black Bolt, it will onyl make it worse." And in a brief time, Black Bolt is felled.

"Useful power," says the Top.

"Tell me about it," Obsidian replies.

Two questions on Statesman.

1. Which version of him is this? The118 pointer or the 131 pointer?

2. His position - Can't be N15 if he's attacking Taskmaster. If he's replacing Ultrahumanite, he would have started in N10. Taskmaster's in P11 and he's got no range (The 118 pointer does technically, but he's got Battle Fury too, preventing him for using it until his last click) He could Charge him but in N10 he'd have to Breakaway from man-Bat to do it.

Ventriloquist Perplexes his own range to 7 and tries to Incap Statesman with his Scarface power. AV9 on DV15. Gets 12. Hm, okay. First he takes a token and a click. He'd also normally do 1 damage anyway due to his special power. That's upped to 2 for the crit, so he takes another click after Toughness. Plus knocked back to R10 on his last click. Whew.

Now, Hellboy. Attacks Ghost Rider, AV9 on DV14. Gets a 6. 3 more to GR after Toughness and he's KO'd.

"So. You're strong. That's nothing. Strong guys are a dime a dozen," Taskmaster said, burying his blade deep into Statesman's body.

"How did you manage to pierce my skin?" Statesman said in disbelief. "Is your blade magical?"

"Nah. You watch Captain America long enough, you know where the good spots are to hit somebody," Taskmaster shrugged.

"Kori, looks like we've got our work cut out for us," Nightwing said.

"I think I'll do better against the motorcyclist if you want to help Taskmaster," Starfire said, taking him up to a better vantage point on the wing. She hit Ghost Rider with a starbolt while her old boyfriend closed in with Statesman for a nerve punch before slipping back away again.

"Outta the way, Nightjerk," Scarface said. "Let's see how Flag Boy over there likes a bit o' lead." His machine gun burst knocked Statesman back off the side of the plane.

"Oh! Nice shot," the Ventriloquist said.

"Naturally," Scarface said.

"All right, I almost feel sorry for you," Hellboy said to Ghost Rider. "It's not exactly even odds you're up against here. But still, a job's a job." He punched Ghost Rider right in where the nose would be, if he had a face. Ghost Rider was down for the count.

Sigh. This is such an uphill battle for me.
